AT&C losses have reduced to 16.4% in FY22; ~3% lower than 19.5% in FY20 and ~5% lower than 21.5% in FY21

AT&C loss reduction was driven by improvement in Collection Efficiency – from 93.1% in FY20 to 97.2% in FY22. Billing efficiency remained unchanged at ~86% during the same period. Of the ~3,% AT&C losses reduction over FY20-FY22, about 2% was driven by subsidy disbursement and the remaining ~1% by customer collections.
